The EFCU will offer Draft (checking) accounts for members’ day to day transactions. There will be $6 monthly fees if the minimum balance hasn’t been maintained. If members meet certain criteria, the maintenance fees of $5 will be waived. 

The Everest FCU has defined different type of Membership based on their fund balance on their Draft (checking) accounts. In some cases, member can combine all account balance to be eligible to get higher benefits.  The benefit is rewarded based on balance on the account and the number of debit card transactions used in a month.

Account Features

  • The card can be used in all ATM and point-of-sale (POS) terminals across the world who accepts MasterCard Debit and CULIANCE network
  • Online banking access with e-bill payment, and e-transfer options
  • Unlimited transactions for point-of-sale (POS) purchases, online purchase, bill-pay, and e-transfers
  • Surcharge free cash withdrawal from any CULIANCE ATM across USA
  • Transaction of unlimited numbers of checks
  • Minimum interest paid if deposits maintained into the account
  • Earn points while using debit card transactions

MAXIMIZE YOUR ACCOUNT

ATM/Debit card with MasterCard Debit and CULIANCE logo. The card can be used in all ATM and point-of-sale (POS) terminals across the world who accepts MasterCard Debit and CULIANCE.

Unlimited transactions for point-of-sale (POS) purchases, online purchase, bill-pay and e-transfer.

Surcharge free cash withdrawal from any CULIANCE ATM across USA.

Transaction of unlimited numbers of checks.

Regular Dividend paid for average deposit maintained into the account.

Everest Base Camp

This is a basic draft (checking) account where members can use limited free check writing services and debit card uses. This account will have following features:

Minimum monthly balance of $250 (30-day interval) and a member must use 5 Debit card transactions in a month

With minimum balance and number of debit card used, Five dollar ($5) monthly fee is waived

Members will earn 1 point per debit POS transaction

Everest Second Base Camp

This type of draft (checking) account where members can use limited free check writing services, online account, e-bill payment, and debit card uses. This account will have following features:

Minimum monthly balance of $500 (30-day interval) and a member must use 5 Debit card transactions in a month

Five dollar ($5) monthly fee is waived

Member will earn 1.2 point per debit POS transaction

Everest Third Base Camp

This type of draft (checking) account where members can use check writing services, online banking service, e-bill payment, and debit card services. This account will have following features:

Minimum monthly balance required $2,000 (30-day interval) and a member must use 10 Debit card transactions in a month

Five dollar ($5) monthly fee is waived

Member will earn 1.5 point per debit POS transaction

This account will earn 0.05% interest

Summit of Everest VIP Account

This is VIP type of draft (checking) account where members can have more benefits and can use unlimited check writing services, online banking, e-bill payments, and debit card services.

Account Features

  • Minimum monthly balance of $3,848 (30-day interval) and a member uses 10 Debit card transactions in a month
  • Five dollar ($5) monthly fee is waived if there is minimum deposit or combined deposits on all accounts exceed $29,028
  • Member will earn 1.6 point per debit POS transaction
  • This account will earn 0.1% interest computed on the fund that is available for full month (30-day interval)
  • There will be a discount or money back on debit purchases
  • There will be priority response and earning on checking account
  • The debit card will have this “Summit of Everest” name on the card and card will have special coding with special features

Looking to Start a Business?

Members may open business checking account for their business entities. The monthly fees will be $6 with unlimited transactions.

Open a business account and receive:

ATM/Debit card with MasterCard Debit and CULIANCE logo so that the card could be simply used to any point-of-sale and CULIANCE ATMs.

Unlimited transactions.

Online and telephone banking facilities.
